For almost 14-years, I’ve worked with senior managers, executives, and specialists who feel stuck, overlooked, or uncertain about how to move forward in thier job search. Some come to me because their CV isn’t landing interviews, others because LinkedIn feels invisible, many are navigating redundancy, transition, or a loss of confidence after months of trying.
My role is to help you make sense of where you are, and position you strategically for what comes next.
What I do goes beyond writing; yes, I write CVs and LinkedIn profiles, but the real magic is in where I get to know you, and turn your years of experience into clear, actionable direction, identify your achievements and present them with impact, taking you from uncertainty into confidence, so recruiters don’t just read your CV / profile, they understand you, trust you, and want to speak to you.

Everything is written bespoke, no templates, no copy-and-paste, every line is written by me, for you, with intention, strategy, and insight into how hiring decisions are actually made.

With a background in recruitment and over a decade of career strategy experience, I understand both sides of the hiring table; I know what recruiters look for, how decisions are made, and how to position you so your experience rises above the noise, without jargon or exaggeration.
This is collaborative, not transactional; I don’t work on people, I work with them. This is a thoughtful, supportive process designed to bring forward your best professional self, not bury it under buzzwords or generic phrasing.
