Early Career Process
- We take, on average, 6-8 hours working on your project to make sure it is perfectly aligned, targeted and successful
- It all starts from an initial call, in the region of 45 / 60 minutes where we will find out about you, your target direction, your background, all about your skills, what you have done and achieved from them
- From here, we will write your CV from scratch incorporating all the information, professionally, which combats ATS and speaks to recruiters, whilst aligning all recruitment processes; turnaround is 5-working days from consultation
- Following your feedback, we will make changes as required and include any additional information until your CV is perfect (we have no limitations on revisions but generally 1-2 rounds are all that’s needed)
- Documents are uploaded to your secure portal area along with our ‘client information guides’ to support your job search, vacancy matching, ATS, and interview basics – our LinkedIn service includes an additional 9-page guide on optimising LinkedIn for job search!
