How it Works
Pre Consultation
Once you have placed your order with us, we will ask you for your current CV (if you do not have a CV then we will send you a brief questionnaire to complete), ask you for some key detail in terms of your target objectives for your career move, and from here we will get you booked into the diary for your initial consultation.
Advantage Point 1 – we find out about where you are heading as well as where you have been, this way we can target your CV and your background to suit your way forward.
Consultation
You will work on a 1-2-1 basis with your consultant, and you can expect the initial discussion to last in the region of 1-2 hours; this is a strategic, but informal, delve into your skills, experience, knowledge, and most importantly your achievements, the impact you have had in your roles and career to date.

We Write Your Career Story
Your CV is written from scratch, aligning your background with your way forward, showcasing your unique story and defining why you are the right person for the job – you will receive your new CV within 3-5 working days from consultation.
Advantage Point 3 – your draft CV is a working document, you will have time to reflect on its content and have direct contact with your consultant to make any revisions required either via email or telephone as preferred by you; we place no limitations on revisions, but find that 1 or 2 rounds is generally all that is required to achieve a perfect CV.
We Complete your Add-on Documents
If you ordered any other documents alongside your CV then this is the point in the process that these will be written.
Advantage Point 4 – just like your CV, we will write your letter and/or LinkedIn profile to work in harmony with your CV so that you are putting your own personal brand forward with your applications, and ensure they all work for you.
