Hi, I’m Jamie Hughes, Career Coach at PCVW.
For over 12 years, I have been writing CVs, optimising LinkedIn profiles, and coaching professionals to unlock their career potential. I take great pride in seeing my clients grow in confidence, land new roles, and achieve their ambitions, many returning as they progress in their careers.
My coaching style is explorative and empowering rather than prescriptive. I work collaboratively with clients to explore options, strategise career moves, and fine-tune interview techniques. The goal is to ensure you leave each session feeling motivated, equipped, and confident to take the next step in your career.
